Upstream

Day 1:
Arrive in Wuhan and pre-board the cruise ship.

Day 2-5:
Start for a spectacular 4-night cruise up the mighty Yangtze River.  Relax on deck or in the lounge while enjoying the beautiful scenes of China's heartland.  Sailing upstream, view the Xiling, Wuhan, and Qutang Gorges, celebrated for their towering peaks and idyllic scenery.  Side excursions may include a motorboat ride through the Lesser Three Gorges, famous for their magnificent cliffs, perilous shoals and crystal clear waters, or drifting along the Shennong Stream.  Shore Excursions take you to the site of China Dam Project at San Dou Ping, the Mingshan Hills Temple in Fengdu, the "Ghost City", and Zigui, the native land of famed Warring States Period poet Qu Yuan, or the ancient city of Jingzhou, which museum presents a 2000-year old mummy.

Day 6:
Disembark at Chongqing and make the connection to your next destination.

Downstream

Day 1:
Arrive in Chongqing and transfer to pre-board the cruise ship.

Day 2-4:

After breakfast, leaving Wuhan and continue your journey.

Yangtze River Tour

Features:

Day 1:
Arrive in Beijing, and check in Prime Beijing Hotel.

Day 2:
Visit Great Wall and Ming Tombs, having Roast Beijing Duck as dinner.

Day 3:
Visit Summer Palace, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and then watch Peking Opera show.

Day 4:
Visit Temple of Heaven, flight ahead to Xi'an, then visit Terra Cotta Warrior's Museum.  Check in Sheraton Hotel.

Day 5:
Visit Huaqing Hot Spring and Big wild Goose Pagoda.  Fly to Chongqing, or aboard cruiser overnight.

Day 6:
Aboard Cruiser to start Yangtze River tour.  Today the first stop is Fengdu, and we are going to visit the Hell City of Devils alive.

Day 7: 
Today we are at Fengjie to visit the famous ancient Baidi city, it is located on the left mountain side of the gate of Qutang Gorge.  Later, the ship will stop at the Wuhan to visit the famous Little Three Gorge.

Day 8:
Berth at Shashi, which is known as Jingzhou in ancient time, you will find a well-preserved ancienty city here with many unearthed historical relics on display.

Day 9:
Stop at Chibi, a famous ancient battlefield in Three Kingdom Period.   Then arrive in Wuhan by 4 pm, check in Jianghan hotel.

Day 10:
Visit Yellow Crane Tower, depart to Shanghai by air, check in Regent Hotel East Asia Shanghai.  Visit Shanghai Bund and Shanghai Museum.

Day 11:
Visit Yuyuan Garden, and city tour

Day 12:
Depart to next destination after breakfast.
